Can I edit a quiz while a live session is running?

No. Once a session is active, the underlying quiz is locked to keep the experience fair and consistent for every player. Make changes either before starting the session or after the session ends. Drafts auto-save while you edit so nothing is lost.

What file types and sizes can I upload?

Zingo Ringo accepts JPG, PNG, and WEBP images plus MP4 and WEBM video. Size caps are 2 MB for avatars, 5 MB for cover and answer media, and 10 MB for map backgrounds and question media. Free accounts share a 50 MB total storage cap; paid accounts are unlimited.

What happens if a player loses connection during a quiz?

Players can rejoin at any time while the session is still running. As long as they reconnect with the same session code and display name, they return to their exact position with their score and progress intact.
