Terms of Service

1. Accounts

Creators must provide accurate information and keep their credentials secure. You are responsible for activity under your account. Players join sessions without an account but must use a non-abusive display name.

2. Acceptable use

• No illegal, hateful, harassing, or sexually explicit content.
• No infringement of intellectual property or privacy rights.
• No attempts to disrupt, reverse engineer, or overload the Service.
• No automated scraping outside of permitted APIs.
• No use of the Service to deceive or harm minors.

3. Your content

You retain ownership of quizzes, questions, banks, maps, and media you upload. You grant us a non-exclusive license to host and display your content as needed to operate the Service. You confirm you have the right to upload everything you submit.

4. Plans and billing

The free tier includes one quiz with up to 15 questions, one active session at a time, up to 10 players per session, and 50 MB of upload storage. Paid plans remove these limits. Subscriptions renew until canceled and are billed in advance. Refunds are at our discretion unless required by law.

5. Service availability

We aim for high availability but the Service is provided "as is" without warranty. We may add, change, or remove features at any time.

6. Termination

You may close your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or pose risk to other users.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Zingo Ringo is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for any loss of data, profits, or goodwill arising out of your use of the Service.

8. Changes

We may update these Terms. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
